These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Campus platform and services (the “Service”) provided by Campus (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization (the “Customer”) and that both you and the organization agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Campus is a SaaS-based leave tracking management solution that allows organizations to track and manage employee leave requests, approvals, and records. The Service is designed for B2B customers and provides tools for both employers and employees to streamline leave management processes.
3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
To access the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information, including company and user details. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Ensuring that all information provided is accurate, up to date, and complete.
- All activities that occur under your account, including those conducted by authorized users.
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information or that engage in unauthorized activities.
4. Use of the Service
4.1 Authorized Users
The Service is intended for use by authorized employees, contractors, or agents of the Customer. You agree to use the Service solely for internal business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or its underlying software.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or servers.
- Use the Service to store or transmit harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
- Access the Service for competitive purposes or to build a similar product or service.
5. Fees and Payment
Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis, and the fees are outlined in your order form or agreement. Payments are due in accordance with the billing cycle specified in the applicable order.
- Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or your order form.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing for the Service at the end of any subscription term with prior notice.
- If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service.
6. Data Ownership and Privacy
6.1 Ownership of Data
As the Customer, you retain all rights and ownership to the data you input into the Service (“Customer Data”). By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and store Customer Data for the purpose of providing the Service.
6.2 Privacy and Data Security
Our collection, use, and storage of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which you agree to by using the Service. We take appropriate measures to protect Customer Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
6.3 Data Backup
While we perform routine backups of Customer Data, you are responsible for maintaining copies of your data. We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of data unless caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership of the Service
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. The Service is licensed, not sold, to you, and no ownership rights are transferred.
7.2 Trademarks
All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Service are our property or that of third parties. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of using the Service. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business plans, customer lists, technical data, and other non-public information.
The obligation of confidentiality does not apply to information that is:
- Publicly known at the time of disclosure.
- Rightfully received from a third party without breach of any confidentiality obligation.
- Independently developed by the receiving party.
9. Service Availability and Support
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or disruptions. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
We provide customer support as described in your service agreement or order form.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service during the 12-month period preceding the claim.
11. Term and Termination
11.1 Term
These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your subscription to the Service, unless terminated earlier as provided in this section.
11.2 Termination by Customer
You may terminate your subscription at any time by providing written notice to us. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. Any unpaid fees or outstanding amounts remain due.
11.3 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for cause, including for breach of these Terms or failure to pay fees when due. We will notify you of any such action in writing.
11.4 Data Deletion
Upon termination of your account, we will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your data. After this period, we may delete your data unless legally required to retain it.
12. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website or within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
